Welcome to the comprehensive guide for the Audit Quicker Cloud Excel Add-in. This powerful tool integrates the robust features of our Cloud Dashboard directly into Microsoft Excel, providing a seamless experience for managing audits, documents, and collaborations. Note:
You can use all the tools via your browser and export to CSV or Copy to Clipboard. When using document markup via the browser, quick extracts will not link to a spreadsheet nor will they output data.

1. Cloud Document Integration

  • Access Cloud Documents: Open and edit cloud-stored documents directly in Excel, ensuring you're always working with the latest data.
  • Synchronize Changes: When you make a quick extract (text, table, sum, validation, exception), the data in Excel will automatically be linked to document. Clicking on the highlighted cell in Excel will pull up the associated document.
  • Collaboration: Any quick extracts or markup added to a document is visible to any other auditor with access to the document, allowing other auditors to review audited documents.

Getting Started

Installation

  1. Download
  2. Install: Follow the installation prompts to add it to your Excel ribbon.

Setup

  1. Sign In: Log in with your organizational credentials to link the add-in with your Cloud Dashboard account.


How to Use

  • Accessing Documents: Use the add-in ribbon to select "Manager" with the folder icon. A task panel will open showing organization documents and folders.
  • Accessing Templates: Select the "Audit Quicker Cloud" ribbon tab, then select templates. This will pull up existing organization templates and allow you to extract data directly to Excel.
  • Quick Extracts: Select any of the Quick Extracts or Markups from the ribbon to add markup and extract data from documents directly to Excel.
  • QuickerAI: Select the "QuickerAI" button to access Audit Quicker Cloud AI tools.
